SINGAPORE — The International Furniture Fair Singapore is looking to diversify its presentation next year with a new hospitality component.
Hospitality Asia will be held in conjunction with the March 9-12, 2011, International Furniture Fair Singapore/28th ASEAN Furniture Show and will showcase furniture for the growing hospitality and tourism industry.
Hospitality Asia will occupy about 50,000 square feet of the total 700,000 square feet at the Singapore Expo and is expected to include some 150 exhibitors. It will be in the same area of the show as Deco Asia 2011, which will focus on upholstery and home accessories.
The 150 additional exhibitors would bring the total number of exhibitors to more than 700, according to show officials. This past year's event featured about 434 exhibitors representing 30 countries.
