Flexsteel signs new lease, grows at WMC

LAS VEGAS —
Upholstery major Flexsteel Inds. has expanded its World Market Center showroom here and signed a four-year extension of its lease.
The expanded showroom in spaces A-520 and A-530 is about 5,400 square feet larger than Flexsteel's original space, and boosts the size of the showroom to about 17,100 square feet.
It will be ready for the next Las Vegas Market, Aug. 2-6.
“We see World Market Center as a market that is valuable to the industry,” said Jim Richardson, senior vice president of residential sales and marketing. “World Market Center has presented a good, strong strategy to the industry, which has been validated in terms of attracting leading national furniture companies as tenants.”
Flexsteel was one of the WMC's tenants at the first Las Vegas Market in July 2005.
