Aaron's among home furnishings retailers cited for highest gross margins

Select Comfort, Havertys also part of SmarTrend newsletter report

HIGH POINT — Rent-to-own powerhouse Aaron's, specialty bedding retailer Select Comfort, and full-line retailer Havertys were cited by a financial newsletter for having the highest gross margins among home furnishings retailers.

The newsletter SmarTrend said Aaron's was cited for a gross margin that topped 80% in the most recent quarter, while Select Comfort's margin was more than 62% and Havertys stood at 52.1%.
