LAS VEGAS — Feizy Rugs will host a cocktail party from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday during this week's Las Vegas Market, where it also will introduce several new collections.
Attendees can see the new rugs and also enjoy free palm readings by Dr. Kairo and Madame Le Normande and a performance by belly dancer Aradia, while noshing on gourmet bites and sipping one of three signature cocktails. The company shows in the World Market Center, space C-399.
"We've seen a wealth of new customers that have been drawn in and captivated by the displays and creative merchandising techniques at our High Point and Dallas showrooms," said John Feizy, owner and CEO. "We know it will capture our Las Vegas audience as well."
The three lifestyle trends - Nomad, Ethereal and Alchemy - will be featured, each in a distinct area with correlating displays and featured designs from new and established collections.
Numerous Feizy Home Collection and Fine Collection designs will make their Las Vegas debut. Designs from ages past come alive in the Namche Collection, an addition to the Feizy Fine Collection, the company said. The tribal-inspired designs impart a relaxed feel yet are detailed. Hand-knotted in premium hand-spun wool, the Mahal, Samarkand and Kazak patterns are revitalized with a palette of rich and varied colors.
Also new to Las Vegas are the Dayuan and Kashgar collections, also in the Feizy Fine Collection. Tibetan hand-knotted in a fine wool pile highlighted with viscose accents, the nature-inspired designs show a simplicity but also intricacy.
The Saphir Mah, Zam and Azar collections are new to the Feizy Home Collection. These power-loomed groupings feature transitional and contemporary designs in a high/low pile in three color palettes. Viscose piles impart a lush sheen and soft hand, the company said.
