Tempur-Pedic names Brad Patrick chief HR officer
Has held posts at Sara Lee, other companies

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Mattress producer Tempur-Pedic has named Brad Patrick to the newly created post of executive vice president and chief human resources officer. He will report to CEO Mark Sarvary and will be responsible for the company's worldwide human resources operations.
Most recently, Patrick was senior vice president of Sara Lee. He earlier held senior human resources posts at Gillette Co., Delta Air Lines and Frito Lay.
"It's increasingly important that we continue to attract world class talent and that we continue to make Tempur-Pedic one of the best places to work," said Sarvary. "Brad's significant experience as a top flight human resources leader with extensive experience from Fortune 500 companies makes him a perfect fit to lead the organization's focus in these areas."
