Jim Cook joins Wholesale Interiors as national sales manager

Residential and contract furniture importer showed in High Point last month

BENSENVILLE, Ill. — Modern, transitional and contemporary home furnishings importer Wholesale Interiors has hired Jim Cook to the newly created position of national sales manager.

Cook, an industry veteran who has worked in commercial and residential sales management, reports to the company's two partners, Chuck Tanner, vice president of sales, and Haowei Shen, president.

"Needless to say, we are thrilled to have Jim leading our team," said Tanner. "His well-established expertise in sales is an asset, and we are proud to have him represent our product line."

Wholesale Interiors offers residential and contract furniture lines, including products for restaurants, bars and hotels. The company showed at the High Point Market for the first time in October, and Cook helped make the event a success, company officials said.

The company stocks more than 500 products in a 130,000-square-foot facility and features a quick turnaround shipping time, with 25,000 pieces in stock.
