Will be replaced with Fixtures Living store

COSTA MESA, Calif. — Linder's Furniture is closing its 20,000-square-foot showroom here, according to a report by The Orange Country Register.
The store on Hyland Avenue, one of 10 operated by the Garden Grove, Calif.-based Top 100 company, is scheduled to close Nov. 30, and will be replaced by Fixtures Living in April, according to the report.
Linder's President Eric Foucrier couldn't be reached for comment. The retailer had been in expansion mode earlier this year, opening two new superstore format stores in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., in a former Wickes Furniture location, and in Cathedral City, Calif. with the expansion of Linder's former Rooms Express store. The 50,000- to 55,000-square-foot new showrooms are roughly double the average selling space of Linder's other stores.
