Bob Maricich, two others join Flexsteel board
Manufacturer also adds Thomas Levine, Nancy Uridil

DUBUQUE, Iowa — Upholstery and case goods resource Flexsteel Inds. has added three people, including World Market Center President Bob Maricich, to its board of directors, expanding the number of seats on the board.Flexsteel said Maricich, who has been WMC president since January 2008, "is a passionate leader for the furniture industry" who has expertise in engineering, manufacturing, product development, sourcing, sales and marketing.
Maricich was CEO of high-end manufacturer Century Furniture for 11 years before taking the post at the WMC, home of the Las Vegas Market.
Other new directors are Thomas Levine, an independent management advisor based in Pittsburgh, and Nancy Uridil, senior vice president Moen Inc., a producer of kitchen and bathroom faucets, showerheads, sinks, and related products.
Flexsteel said Maricich and Uridil will serve on the board's nominating and compensation committee, while Levine will serve on the audit and ethics committee.
