Rusty Morris to direct account, service management at Hep Direct

Also will roll out business intelligence initiative

HIGH POINT — Hep Direct, a home delivery service and logistics provider with numerous furniture industry clients, has hired Rusty Morris as director of account management and customer service.

Morris has worked in the furniture industry since 1996, most recently as Samson International, where he handled mass merchant and e-commerce sales. Earlier, he was an independent manufacturer's representative for Vaughan Furniture, American Woodcrafters and Huntington Furniture.

In addition to his responsibilities in account management and customer service, Morris will roll out the company's business intelligence initiative in 2011.
