Home Line eliminates three VP positions
Ed Schneider, Bill Napier, Bill Brady leave company
Heath E Combs -- Furniture Today, January 13, 2011
PHILADELPHIA — Case goods and upholstery importer and manufacturer Home Line Inds. has eliminated three executive positions.
Josh Block, executive vice president, said the positions were eliminated to create more efficient communication between regional distribution centers and their sales forces.
The positions of vice president of sales, held by Ed Schneider; and vice president of marketing, held by Bill Napier; and vice president of operations, held by Bill Brady, were eliminated in December and early January.
Schneider, who had been with Home Line since August 2009, previously worked at Spring Air, Bush Inds. and Ashley Furniture.
Napier had been with Home Line for about a year. He previously was with Ashley.
Home Line has distribution centers in Philadelphia, Chicago and High Point and an upholstery manufacturing facility in Asheboro, N.C.
