Fabrictech Hires Loera as Director of Sales

CEDAR GROVE, N.J. - Fabrictech International has named bedding veteran Ruben Loera to the newly created position of director of sales and retail development.
He will oversee the company's growing network of sales representatives, and focus on enhancing mattress and pillow protector sales through education programs with Fabrictech International's current retail customers.
"Fabrictech International continues to hire seasoned executives with specific retail management and sales backgrounds," said Jeff Bergman, president and chief operating officer. "Ruben brings to us a superior understanding of mattress retail, sales management, merchandising and sales training that will make us exceedingly effective and continue to encourage our growth, as well as make us an even better partner to our retailers as we look forward to 2011 and beyond."
Loera spent more than a decade at Phoenix- based Sleep America, where he was vice president of sales and was responsible for hiring and training procedures.
"Each retailer is unique and wants to know that the supplier understands their business, and can design training and merchandising programs to promote increased attachment rates and top line revenue within a specific organization. With Ruben, we continue to add executives to our management team that embody the skills to deliver on retailer expectations," said Sean Bergman, Fabrictech's vice president of sales and marketing.
