PARIS — Top executives of mattress protection company Protect-A-Bed took part in festivities here sponsored by the company's Indonesian trading partner, the Massindo Group.

The Protect-A-Bed executives joined a group of 250 VIPs for dinner on the Eiffel Tower hosted by Massindo Group officials, including William Massie, Jeffri Massie and Witarsa Sugeng.

Protect-A-Bed principals James Bell and Clive Goldin of the United States and David Kaplan of Australia attended the Paris events, demonstrating the protection properties of the Protect-A-Bed mattress and pillow protection products. It was the official launch of Protect-A-Bed to Massindo's customer base.

The Paris events were part of a 10-day European tour hosted by the Massindo Group for its top dealers. The tour also included stops in Dubai, Rome, Pisa, Milan and Lucerne. Jeffri Massie is the president and director of PT. Massindo International, the holding company of Massindo Group.

The Massindo Group has been in business in Indonesia for 27 years, has 1,200 employees in 10 factories, and has almost 1,000 dealers. The group is a manufacturer of the Comforta mattress brand, a licensee of Spring Air, and the sole distributor of Protect-A-Bed products in Indonesia.
