FONTANA, Calif. — Case goods and upholstery importer and manufacturer New Classic Home Furnishings has restructured its sales management team after the departure of a longtime executive.
Robert Jarrard, who had been with the company about nine years, has resigned as vice president of sales for the eastern region to pursue opportunities outside the industry.
Scott Hill has been named to the eastern region post. He had been vice president of sales for the western region since he joined the company in October.
New Classic also has hired Carlos Dominguez as vice president of sales for the western region. He has 29 years of industry experience, most recently as vice president of sales for California upholstery producer EJ Lauren, and earlier with Guild Craft, Klaussner Home Furnishings, Golden Oaks Upholstery and Ashley.
Hill and Dominguez report to Rob Hoffman, executive vice president.
In addition to managing reps in their territories, Hill and Dominguez will oversee sales from regional distribution centers in Greensboro, N.C., and Fontana, Calif., where the company is headquartered.
