Superstyle Hires Medland as GM

WOODBRIDGE, Ontario - Superstyle Furniture has named William B. Medland as its general manager, a new position for the stationary upholstery specialist.
Medland has held senior executive posts in consumer product, aerospace and high-tech manufacturing in North America and the United Kingdom. This is his first furniture industry position.
Reporting to company President Danny Colalillo, Medland will oversee the operations of Superstyle and its sister companies, Trend-Line Furniture and sofa-sleeper specialist Simmons Upholstery Canada. Other senior managers including Laine Reynolds, vice president of sales, and Anthony Colalillo, vice president of operations, will report to Medland.
Danny Colalillo said Medland had more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing and operations. "He shares the same core values that Superstyle was built upon and we are confident in his ability to help lead this company in its continuing goal to be the industry leader in quality, innovation innovation and customer satisfaction."
