CHARLOTTE, N.C. - John Stump, an industrial real estate broker licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Illinois, has joined his family's business, The Stump Corp.
     Stump will work under his father, Randy Stump, president of Stump Corp., a real estate firm based here that has handled many furniture industry properties.
     John Stump worked in Dallas for two years with CB Richard Ellis and then joined the firm of Paine Wetzel in Chicago as a senior associate broker.
     Stump Financial Corp. was founded by John Stump's grandfather in 1972. The Stump Corp. provides professional marketing services to corporations and individuals attempting to dispose of manufacturing plants and warehouses in the southeast United States, with a primary emphasis on the Carolinas.
