Aminy Audi to speak at High Point prayer breakfast April 1

The breakfast will take place from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the ballroom of the International Home Furnishings Center. Audi's topic will be "Faith, Family and Furniture - A Life Journey."
Audi and her late husband, Alfred, took over the struggling Stickley brand in 1974. Today, the company has more than 1,500 employees and runs four manufacturing plants and 14 company-owned stores as well as supplying a network of dealers. Audi and her son, Edward, are at the helm of the company
"I believe passionately in living life daringly and richly, utilizing every God-given moment and opportunity," Audi said.
Cindy Johnson, a Christian singer, musician and principal of Stage 2 Ministries, will lead the music and worship portion of the breakfast.
Tickets are $25 per person and $250 for a table of 10. A portion of the ticket prices will be designated to a selection of charities including Habitat for Humanity and scholarships at High Point University. Audi will also donate her honorarium to the American Furniture Hall of Fame.
