Kevin Castellani named president of Furniture/Today group

NEW YORK — Kevin Castellani has been promoted to the newly created position of president of the Furniture/Today trade publication group by Sandow Media, parent company of the group.

"This new role is an exciting opportunity, and I'm grateful for the confidence and trust Sandow Media has placed in me," said Castellani, who had been vice president and publishing director of the group.

He has worked with Furniture/Today's group of publications since 1993 and will continue to oversee Furniture/Today and six other home furnishing publications - Casual Living, Gifts and Decorative Accessories, Home Accents Today, Home Textiles Today, Kids Today and Playthings.

"I am fortunate to be surrounded by what I believe are the best editorial and publishing teams in the business-to-business sector," Castellani said. "With their ongoing support, we will continue to grow by bringing our audiences must-have market intelligence and creative marketing solutions in print and online."

He also will continue to oversee the online editions for each publication in the group, which provide news updates as well as opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers to reach their customers with immediate information.
