Klaussner taps 3, adds Smith

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Upholstery manufacturer and wood furniture importer Klaussner Furniture has promoted three members of its executive team and added another.
Those promoted are Jay Foscue, named senior vice president of sales and marketing; Len Burke, named vice president of marketing; and Brandunn Rush, who was promoted to vice president of sales.
Scott Smith has joined the company as vice president of case goods.

In addition, Mark Peters, formerly vice president of sales and marketing for the company's international division, has left the company.
Foscue will oversee sales, marketing and merchandising. He previously headed the company's merchandising efforts and is adding sales and marketing duties.
Burke will oversee marketing communications, advertising and public relations. He previously was marketing director, overseeing marketing and brand strategies. He reports to Foscue.
Rush will oversee internal sales and accounts as well as outside sales representatives. He was formerly vice president of upholstery sales.
Smith previously was vice president of merchandising for importer Legacy Classic Furniture. At Klaussner, he will oversee case goods merchandising and reports to Foscue.
