Vegas mart expands Design & Living Area

LAS VEGAS — This summer's Las Vegas Market will include an expanded and relocated Design & Living area, featuring what show organizers call fashion-focused indoor and outdoor furnishings, home décor, home textiles and gifts.
The showcase, which had been in Building B, will now be on the fourth floor of Building C.
"Design & Living has grown and evolved since its inception, and this expansion provides new space to nurture future development," said World Market Center President and CEO Bob Maricich. "With the growth of the design sector at the recent market - 33% more designers over a year ago - along with a surge of new retailers in attendance, this design-centric floor showcases incredibly artful companies for buyers looking for truly unique resources."
Exhibitors committed to the area so far include Amano Modern, Asian Art Imports, Assouline, Authentic Models, Catania Silks, Couleur, Creative Threads, Davenport Home, Down Inc., Dust Furniture, Eangee, EcoSmart Fire, Elite Textiles, G. Romano, Grass Co., Greenington, Harbour Outdoor, Haute House Home Furnishings, Journey Trading Co., Karma Living, Mastour Fine Rugs, Moda Dora Gift & Home Ltd., Mathews & Co., PolRey Furniture, Riado, Room Service, Saddlemans of Santa Fe, Satterfield's, Trimland, Uniqwa Furniture, Vahallan Papers, Veritas, White Loft and Woven Workz.
The summer Las Vegas Market will be held the week of Aug. 1-5. Permanent exhibitors will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; temporary exhibitors will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
