Passaglia welcomes Shermans to Restonic

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Restonic President and CEO Ron Passaglia said the entry of Bob and Barbara Sherman into the Restonic group will add a “dynamic asset” to that brand.

The Shermans, both veteran Serta executives who left that brand three years ago, lead the newly formed Visionary Sleep group that recently acquired three Restonic factories. They said they are excited about growth prospects for their new bedding plants, located in Indiana, New York, and North Carolina.

Passaglia welcomed the Shermans to the group.

“Bob and Barbara’s heritage and natural understanding of the mattress industry will be a dynamic asset for the Restonic brand,” he said. “Their passion for excellence will be a great benefit for our Restonic team, retailers and today’s consumers. Our entire team is excited about the future and working together to increase the value of Restonic in today’s market place.”
