Phillips Collection, Palecek to join Interior Home + Design Center

The project is a new 220,000-square-foot marketplace serving interior designers and retailers that is redeveloping the first floor of the Center’s International Trade Plaza building, representing what DMC said is the largest expansion of luxury home décor showrooms in Dallas in more than 40 years. The Interior Home + Design Center will open this year.
“We are excited to be able to create a new showroom space that will better showcase our furniture and accessories and capabilities to the interior design community,” said Allen Palecek, founder and CEO of Palecek. “Our new space will be larger, have better access and be visually more appealing. We are happy to join other top name companies in this project.”

Combined, these companies represent a significant percentage of the total square footage in a building that will serve an existing customer base of more than 200,000 retail buyers and interior designers as well as attract new customers.

The Interior Home + Design Center is the centerpiece of a long-range strategic initiative to provide enhanced value to manufacturers by serving market-time attendees as well as the growing number of customers conducting business at Dallas Market Center each week.
