Mitzi Thomasson to direct design, product development at Feizy Rugs

DALLAS — Feizy Rugs has appointed Mitzi Thomasson as director of design and product development.

Before joining Feizy, Thomasson worked as director of design and development for Savoy House Lighting for 12 years. In her new role, she will be responsible for the creation and development of Feizy Rug's Fine and Home Collections and will report to John Feizy, president and CEO.

"Mitzi has been both prolific and influential in her design and product development role in the lighting industry, and I have no doubt that she will do the same for the rug industry," said Leah Feizy, assistant to the CEO, Feizy Rugs. "I am excited to see how her fresh perspective translates to the world of rugs and other textiles and know that it will benefit us immensely."
