Several small explosions reported at Ikea stores in Europe

DRESDEN, Germany — Police are investigating an explosion in the kitchen department of the Ikea store here, according to a report by Deutsche-Welle-World.The blast follows a string of explosions in Europe at other stores operated by the Swedish home furnishings giant.
Two people were slightly injured and some display items were damaged when the explosion went off in Dresden, according to the report.
Similar incidents occurred at Ikea stores in Belgium, France and the Netherlands on May 30. No one was seriously injured in those explosions either, the report said.
