BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Building on its mission to deliver healthy sleep through a holistic approach, sleep systems manufacturer Reverie will host a Facebook Live session with a yoga instructor to teach yoga poses that promote good sleep.

On March 20 at 12:30 p.m. EST, Sarah Woodman, the lead teacher of Yoga Shelter, will share the connection between sleep and yoga while demonstrating a series of yin yoga poses designed to calm the mind. Woodman has been a yoga instructor since 2014 and teaches a variety of yoga formats at Yoga Shelter, including Aerial and Fusion yoga classes.

“Yoga and sleep go hand-in-hand,” said Lisa Tan, chief marketing officer of Reverie. “Our corporate mission goes beyond our product. We’re looking at delivering overall wellness, and during the Facebook Live session, our instructor will offer several effective yoga poses that prepare the mind for sleep.”

This is the first time Reverie will use the Facebook Live format to share educational information, but Tan said future events are in the planning stages.
