LAS VEGAS — Case goods resource Cresent Fine Furniture is moving to a new showroom here that is double the size of its previous location. The new space, World Market Center C-1124, is about 4,000 square feet and will showcase new and existing product, including Cresent's newest Craftsman Cherry collection of bedroom and home entertainment.
Made with solid Appalachian cherry, the introductions includes queen beds that retail around $999 and four-piece sets at $2,999, and also a 45-inch solid Appalachian cherry TV console that retails at $699 and a 72-inch unit at $1,099.
The latest introductions bring the number of Craftsman Cherry bedrooms and home entertainment groupings to six apiece.
Cresent also is launching a new less-than-container program that allows retailers to choose from six collections and order as few as two bedrooms shipped direct from the company's climate-controlled warehouse in Vietnam. The program is already shipping to some customers and will be rolled out to other customers at next week's Las Vegas Market.
"There is a good bit of variety in the less-than-container program," said Richard Tomkins, vice president of sales and marketing.
