Southern Chill returns to McPherson's for City of Hope benefit

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Southern Chill, a band comprised of some serious furniture industry talent, will warm up the night at McPherson’s Monday evening, April 24, to raise funds for City of Hope, the California-based medical research and treatment center.

The bar and grill is at 5710 High Point Rd. in Greensboro. Music will begin about 8 p.m.

“The furniture industry does an incredible job supporting the City of Hope, which focuses on cancer and other life-threatening diseases,” said Ray Allegrezza, one of the guitarists for Southern Chill and the former editor-in-chief of Furniture Today.

Southern Chill also features Mike Cox and Chuck Welch, both with Klaussner Furniture; Rusty Coleman, formerly with Klaussner; Earl Austin of Austin Photography, and Brian Cooper.
