HIGH POINT - Case goods importer American Woodcrafters has promoted Lincoln Griffith to vice president of sales. He has been with the company about four years as sales manager and fills a position formerly occupied by John McGhee, who left the company in April.
Griffith reports to Lao Labra, president. He will be responsible for managing the company's 48-member sales force and will oversee account activities, customer service and various sales and marketing initiatives.
"Lincoln has always shown initiative, knowledge, and leadership and interpersonal skills that our team recognizes and respects," Labra said. "This step up in his career was eventual and well received by our sales team. We are proud to have him here with us."
The 15-year-old company sells case goods container direct as well as from a warehouse in High Point.
