DAVIS, Calif. - Tony Antonelli, a former sales representative, has died from complications due to heart disease and cancer. He was 65.
Antonelli served in the U.S. Army and was a drill instructor during the Vietnam War. Later, he started a career in sales and eventually joined the furniture industry.
He spent 15 years at Pulaski as a sales representative before moving to Broyhill, where he worked for another 12 years. His sales performance earned him the Rising Star Award from Broyhill in 2000. He retired in 2008.
In retirement, Antonelli focused on two of his favorite pastimes, fishing and golf.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, three grandchildren and his mother.
