Zenith Global Logistics moves to larger Dallas hub
Added capacity will speed up shipments

CONOVER, N.C. — Zenith Global Logistics has moved its hub in Dallas to a new facility that is about 25% larger than its previous location and more than triples the parking capacity for trailers.
The new site, which occupies 169,000 square feet, allows furniture manufacturers and importers to store and move freight to their customers more quickly, and gives retailers the ability to tap into inventory for home deliveries, said Zenith President Jack Hawn.
"In the tough market our industry is operating in, it's critical to our customers that every move in the supply chain be executed as efficiently as possible," Hawn said. "Dallas is a key location for many of our customers seeking greater speed to market and reduced freight costs to cities in Texas and neighboring states."
The new hub is replacing a 134,000-sqaure-foot facility that was opened in 2007.
In addition to operating its own truck fleet, Zenith has more than 3.5 million square feet of warehousing space in southern California, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia.
