Akerman to head Klaussner's Enso Sleep line

ASHEBORO, N.C. - Klaussner Home Furnishings has hired bedding veteran Mark Akerman to oversee the company's memory foam bedding line, Enso Sleep Systems.
Akerman, a 20-year veteran in the bedding industry, was named vice president of sales and merchandising for Enso Sleep Systems, a new position.
Akerman, formerly with Sealy for 19 years, held various roles in sales and marketing for the bedding manufacturer. He will oversee the sales, marketing and merchandising functions for Enso and will report to Jay Foscue, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
"I am pleased to announce the addition of Mark Akerman to our sales and merchandising team and to our Klaussner family," said Foscue. "Mark brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise from his various roles within the bedding industry and we are glad to have him on board."
