Next Generation-Now sets High Point cocktail party for Oct. 25

HIGH POINT — Next Generation-Now, a development group for young furniture professionals, is hosting a cocktail party during this week's High Point Market.

The networking event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the Retailer Resource Center in Plaza Suites.

Next Generation-Now, which includes young retailers, vendors and manufacturers, hosts forums and professional development events to provide guidance and networking opportunities to up-and-coming members of the furnishings industry.

"We have had a lot of success getting the word out about this group and have created a great buzz," said Andy Bernstein, owner of FurnitureDealer.net, a sponsor of Next Generation-Now. "The market cocktail parties are a great time for the next generation of retailers, vendors and manufacturers to get together and chat."
