Phillip Kowalczyk named president, CEO of The Robert Allen Group

Jeff Cordover moving to non-executive chairman

NEW YORK — Phillip Kowalczyk will join The Robert Allen Group as president and CEO, effective Nov. 1. He also will be a member of the fabric supplier's board of directors.

He succeeds Jeff Cordover, who has been CEO and will become the non-executive chairman of the company's board of directors.

Kowalczyk has over 25 years of experience in several industries, including retail, brand management and management consulting, and has a track record of growth and profitability, the company said. He most recently was president of beauty products retailer The Body Shop, Americas, which includes the United States, Canada and Mexico.
