Dan Ide joins importers Fairfax Home, South Sea Rattan

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Jointly owned vendors Fairfax Home and South Sea Rattan have hired Dan Ide for the newly created post of vice president of marketing and product development.

Ide, a 25-year industry veteran, most recently held sales and management posts with case goods resources Orleans Furniture and Progressive Furniture. He will be based at the company's Greensboro headquarters.

"Dan brings a wealth of furniture knowledge to our company, and we look forward to him helping with our strategy to move the company forward," said Jacob Kuo, CEO.

Fairfax Home is an importer of bedroom and dining room furniture, while South Sea imports wicker and rattan living room, dining room and bedroom furniture.
