Mega Group expects record number for 34th event

MEMPHIS, Tenn.— This year, Mega Group is anticipating a record-number of attendees to converge on the Music City for the 34th MEGA Group Show. Aug. 13-15.

The theme of the Fall Show is the power of each retailer’s story and how they can craft a story that connects with employees, with customers and with their communities.

The event will include more than 40 training sessions to help retailers tackle merchandising, marketing, business planning, employee engagement, financials and even new product offerings. Keynote sessions will be presented by Kelly Swanson, a comedian and storyteller who will focus on connecting through story, and Andrew Davis, author of Brandscaping: Unleashing the Power of Partnerships and Town INC, who will address what it takes to keep customers in today’s digital world.

Beyond the training opportunities, Mega Marketing will release its own Guide to Navigating Digital Media and offer one-on-one consulting sessions with members during the show.

Other highlights include Mega Madness, when 45 vendors offer their best deals and closeouts during a one-hour buying frenzy, along with the Buying Show with 90 vendors showcasing their special offers for Mega’s retailers.
