Selling secrets from Gold Bond's Bob Naboicheck

Bob Naboicheck, president, Gold Bond Mattress, has some advice for RSAs who want to make more sales: Stop trying to make the sale.

He said RSAs who try to close the sale in the opening sentence are rushing things, and instead they should first make the customer feel comfortable. If a customer isn’t relaxed, your chances of making a sale may decrease.
