GREENSBORO, N.C. - Fairfax Home, an importer of bedroom and dining room furniture, has hired Dan Ide for the newly created post of vice president of marketing and product development.
Ide, a 25-year industry veteran, most recently held sales and management posts with case goods resources Orleans Furniture and Progressive Furniture. He will be based at the company's Greensboro headquarters.
"Dan brings a wealth of furniture knowledge to our company, and we look forward to him helping with our strategy to move the company forward," said Jacob Kuo, CEO.
Fairfax Home is a sister company to wicker and rattan furniture importer South Sea Rattan, but Kuo said Ide will focus on the Fairfax Home line.
