Herman Kling, longtime sales executive

WARETOWN, N.J. - Herman Kling, who worked in the industry for more than 45 years before his retirement, has died at age 81.
Kling worked for the Simmons Co. for more than 25 years and was a sales manager for Trend Line, Dinaire and Lifestyle California. He was the northeast regional manager for Profit Management Promotions before retiring in 1997.
A graduate of Washington and Lee University, he was born in New Jersey and spent most of his life there.
He is survived by two sons, a daughter and four grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA of New Jersey.
