Klaussner @ Market returns to air

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Klaussner @ Market, a Klaussner News and Information Network production, will return on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 14 and 15. The show will air for the ninth time on Fox8 (WGHP-TV) at 7 a.m. and will air for the third time on all 16 of the market’s shuttle buses.
“The show continues to evolve and grow as we work to provide vital information to market goers,” said Bill Wittenburg, president and CEO, Klaussner Home Furnishings.
“This program provides a valuable outlet for the furniture industry to share news and market developments with the regional viewing audience and with High Point Market attendees,” said McLoughlin. “We are grateful for our partnership with Klaussner and to all those who take time from market to share their stories with Furniture Today on-air.”
Elena Russo will return as the program host and will conduct interviews with such guests as Ken Smith, partner in Smith Leonard; William Mangum, North Carolina artist and designer; David Perry, executive editor for Furniture Today; and Alexa Horowitz, adjunct professor, social media marketing, at High Point University.
The show also went on-location to various retailer operations. The production team flew to Altamonte Springs in Central Florida to chat with Josh Hudson, president of Hudson’s Furniture, to discuss complementary design services. David Koehler, chairman of Delaware-based Johnny Janosiks, was visited in Laurel, Del., where he provided his insights on digital advertising. The team also traveled to Wolf Furniture’s corporate offices in Western Pennsylvania, where CEO Doug Wolf talked about industry performance groups.
Capitol Hill is also on the show’s agenda with Klaussner at the Market’s Washington correspondent Andy Barth traveling to Washington to sit down with North Carolina Congressman Mark Walker. “We are gratified to have Congressman Walker as part of the program,” said Len Burke, Klaussner’s vice president of marketing. “With the furniture industry’s important role in North Carolina’s economy and workforce, we look forward to his insights.”
Klaussner Vice President of Marketing Len Burke is the executive producer of Klaussner @ Market, which debuted in April 2014, and it is produced and directed by Charlie Horich, CEO and founder of HHL Advertising, a Maryland-based agency.
