Aaron's taps Cave to head real estate

ATLANTA - Aaron's has hired Jeannie Cave as vice president of real estate and construction.
She replaces Paul Doize, who left the company.
Cave, who reports to Gil Danielson, executive vice president and chief operating offering of the Atlanta-based rent-to-own operator, will be responsible for activities including the development of strategies supporting Aaron's real estate goals and the management of its real estate portfolio for company-operated and franchised stores, the company said in a release.
Cave has been a real estate professional for 10 years with Cox Enterprises. She also consulted on real estate and construction projects for commercial interior design firm VeenendaalCave, and served as director of office properties and project management for Advantis/The St. Joe Company, a commercial real estate services company.
Aaron's has more than 1,940 company-owned and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada.
