Classic Brands partners with A&M Capital

JESSUP, Md. - Classic Brands has partnered with A&M Capital Opportunities, a growth-focused middle market private equity firm, in a transaction focused on supporting the company’s continuing growth, officials said.

“The entire Classic Brands team is excited to partner with AMCO as we position the business for accelerated growth,” said Mike Zippelli, Classic’s CEO. “We look forward to tapping the strategic and capital resources the AMCO team will provide as we build the company to better serve our customers. This is a very exciting time for our company, and this new partnership will be a significant enabler of our continued growth.”

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
