Joe Hunt joins Dormeo Octaspring as sales VP, Eastern USA

DALLAS — Bedding veteran Joe Hunt has joined Dormeo Octaspring as vice president of sales, Eastern USA, a new position for the specialty bedding producer.

"With his extensive background, he brings to our company years of valuable industry experience and leadership, as well as an excellent reputation for his accomplishments in sales, marketing, merchandising and product development," said Chris Henning, president of Dormeo Octaspring, North America.

Hunt has worked in the mattress and furniture industry for more than 20 years, including positions with Simmons, Ashley Furniture and Pure LatexBliss.

Dormeo Octaspring is introducing its memory foam spring products nationwide through multimedia marketing and advertising programs and is seeking retail partners. Hunt "will play a significant role" in the launch of those products, the company said.
