Nationwide East adds three territory managers

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Nationwide East has added three industry veterans to its growing team of territory managers, a move it says will allow the buying and marketing group to provide increased service and have stronger relationships with members.

David Crow, Dean Hanby and Mike Hauer have years of experience dealing with independent retailers, the group said. They will spend most of their time in the field calling on Nationwide East members, although the states each will cover are still being established.

"We simply needed more horsepower in the field," said David Robison, co-director of Nationwide East, a division of Nationwide Marketing Group. "Communicating Nationwide's exclusive Whirlpool-GE and Frigidaire programs in the eastern third of the United States requires a physical presence throughout our region. Nationwide's huge growth in furniture and bedding programs had our existing staff stretched too thin."

Crow previously worked for Coon's in Woodland, Texas, and A1 Appliance in New Orleans. Hanby was previously with DSI in Orlando, Fla., and Hauer was with Toshiba. All report to Robison.
