Art Van Furniture unveils holiday Wonderland displays

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Art Van Furniture unveiled its holiday displays here and at its flagship Warren, Mich., showroom, wowing consumers while attracting lots of media attention.
For its Art Van Wonderland displays, the Top 100 company used 2,000 feet of garland, millions of lights and thousands of ornaments along with a two-and-a-half story pear tree, gift boxes and thousands of feet of ribbon and wrapping paper.
Christmas trees are displayed throughout both showrooms, and Art Van's youth departments became colorful candy lands with features including a sleigh pulled by faux reindeer suspended from above and a Santa house made of gumballs, waffle cone siding, sugar cookies and lollipops.
