Kevin Toman adds CEO title at Englander Sleep Products

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — Kevin Toman, president of Englander Sleep Products and a 42-year bedding industry veteran, has added CEO duties for the Top 10 U.S. mattress producer.
Toman said he was "extremely pleased with the Englander board's decision to increase my responsibilities and very happy to serve in this new capacity." The president and CEO position is a new one for the company.
Before joining Englander in 2007, Toman taught social economics for a year at Sacred Heart High School in Kingston, Mass. Before that he was president and CEO of Restonic from 2003 to 2005, and earlier held executive and senior sales management positions at Serta, Sealy and Simmons.
In addition to his responsibilities at Englander, Toman serves on the board of Loreto House, a Denton, Texas, charitable organization that provides counseling and services to women and seniors.
Englander's specialty brands include the E-gel mattress, Nature's Finest Organic and Latex Sleep Systems, and Synergy. Its coil offerings include Posture Support and Posture Support PLUS, Lady Englander and 21st Century Sleep Systems, and the Tension Ease collection.
