Kevin Welch named national sales manager at Rizzy Home

CALHOUN, Ga. — Rugs, textiles and furniture source Rizzy Home has promoted Kevin Welch to national sales manager.

Welch was hired in October as regional sales and national accounts manager. Before joining Rizzy Home, he had years of sales and management experience with Karastan and Oriental Weavers.

In his new position, he will oversee Rizzy's sales team as well as handle certain key accounts. He will be based in Dallas.

Rizzy Home also has hired two territory sales representatives. Rich Schaefer, who will cover Connecticut, has 25 years of experience in the flooring industry and will be specializing in flooring and furniture store as well as design customers. Elizabeth Keegan, who will be based in Los Angeles, will cover south central California with a focus on key retail, design and hospitality accounts.

Next week Rizzy Home will show in its new space in the World Market Center, A-444, during the Las Vegas Market, which runs Jan. 28-Feb. 1.
