A.R.T. Furniture in new Las Vegas Market space

The Madison sectional is part of the Ventura collection, which is shown with an occasional table and other wood pieces in the collection. The sectional was introduced in the natural fabric in October.LAS VEGAS - Case goods and upholstery importer A.R.T. Furniture is moving to a new showroom for the Jan. 28-Feb. 1 Las Vegas Market.
     The company previously showed in space C-1295. It is moving to space B-1001, which is 15,700 square feet, compared with just over 11,000 in the old space.
     "We're very excited about the move," said Jeff Cook, CEO of A.R.T. "We'll be right in the heart of the furniture action on a floor that generates great traffic. Being in Building B will make it easier for our existing customers to visit us and it also will help us reach new accounts that we're not currently serving."
     A.R.T. is launching a new whole home collection called Classics that includes several new upholstery frames. The company also will be showing several other freestanding upholstery pieces, as well as a new bedroom collection and a new dining room collection.
     "We've had great success with our case goods introductions in Las Vegas during the past three years, so it makes sense to offer our retailers something fresh in upholstery as well," Cook said. "This will be brand new product never shown before. We regard Las Vegas as an important venue for the introduction of new product along with High Point."
