AICO honors its top salespeople

     The most prestigious honor, Sales Professional of the Year 2012, went to Joshua Kauffman, who represents the company in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He received a brilliant white gold diamond ring recognizing his achievement.
     "Josh has demonstrated a level of professionalism that sends a positive message to our industry regarding the role of the sales professional as a true territory manager," said Chuck Reilly, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
     AICO President Martin Ploy presented the President's Club award for outstanding sales achievement to Hank Butler, Frank Lorenzo, Brad Pyne, Michael LaCorte, Van Smith and Jake Salman.
     "This achievement is not just a reflection of sales volume, but a testament to hard work and dedication," Ploy said. "We've long used the acronym ‘AICO' to spell out excellence, which is attitude, initiative, commitment and outstanding service. These gentlemen are the embodiment of these traits, and I am very proud of each of them."
     Smith was also honored with the Spirit of Professionalism award, which is given to the sales professional who most exemplifies professionalism in the day-to-day management of accounts.
