Jason Broyles joins Dormeo Octaspring as CFO

PLANO, Texas — Bedding producer Dormeo Octaspring has named Jason Broyles chief financial officer for its North American operations, a new position.
He has more than 20 years of financial experience, most recently as CFO at Hunter Mfg., a producer and distributor of consumer products under license from major professional sports leagues in North America. Earlier, he was vice president of finance and accounting for Tempur-Pedic's U.S. business from 2003 to 2008, was corporate controller at DMI Furniture, and worked as a senior auditor and business consultant at Arthur Andersen.
"His financial acumen and background is extremely impressive and his knowledge of the sleep products and home furnishings industries will be a great asset to our company as we continue to grow in the United States," said Dormeo Octaspring President Chris Henning.
