ROSEVILLE, Calif. — The North American Home Furnishings Assn. says it is partnering with Flonomics, a specialist in people counting and video analytic technologies with expertise in helping furniture retailers improve their store performance.
The partnership gives NAHFA members exclusive access to Flo-Count package pricing. The technology gives retailers insight into daily store operations to deliver improvements in sales, marketing and staffing effectiveness, officials said.
"Flonomics has extensive experience in the furniture retail space, and their cutting edge technology is an essential tool to evaluate staffing needs, sales conversion ratios, marketing campaigns and overall store performance," said Sharron Bradley, CEO of the NAHFA. "We are excited to be able to offer our members a chance to take advantage of this advanced technology at a discounted price."
"Now more than ever, furniture retailers need overall visibility into store operations," said Charles Von Thun, CEO of Flonomics. "Flonomics empowers furniture owners by turning their data into actionable insights that will ultimately help them grow their business and profits."
NAHFA and Flonomics are offering members that sign up in the next 30 days a free analytics audit. Utilizing prior point-of-sale data, staffing numbers, and marketing spend, the audit will assess how a store stacks up to other furniture retailers and identify areas of improvement.
