O’Connell joins Comfort Solutions as VP
Former GMAC exec will handle creative and marketing services

WILLOWBROOK, Ill. — Marketing and advertising veteran Gail O’Connell has joined Comfort Solutions by King Koil as vice president of creative and marketing services, a new position at the bedding source.
She most recently was director of national event marketing for GMAC Home Services and also has worked as a director of advertising and account director. She has experience in strategic planning, branding, integrated marketing, budget management and event management.
“Gail’s insight on today’s female consumer will bring a much-needed perspective as we approach the market with our programs, especially taking the success we’ve generated with Laura Ashley to the next level,” said Dave Roberts, president of Comfort Solutions.
O’Connell will report to Kent Lamoreux, the company’s newly hired senior vice president of marketing and merchandising.
